Muted sound like in In Flames - Ropes
Hey!
I'm trying to play http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/i/i...s_intro_tab.htm , in Tab Pro, but I can't get the palm muted sounds to sound like in the song itself. Any idea what kind of amp settings or pedal is used to get similiar efffect? |

Schecter Blackjack SLS C-1 , with Seymoar Duncan Blackouts in C Standard tuning.
Amp is Peavey Vypyr 75, on either the Krankenstein or 6505 Amp models. (I know the amp is bad, and I am just waiting to find a Krankenstein here in Norway. There's only one for sale in the whole country right now) Last edited by Xioinor : 12-09-2012 at 06:08 AM. |

Meh, tried all I can but the only way for me to play it properly and nice sounding is to skip out some of the palm muted notes.
