inb4 talk to a doctor

So, I have health conditions which make it a pain in the ass to leave my home lots of times. I live on disability because of this. It's actually painful for me to digest food and I don't really enjoy eating anyway. My grocery store doesn't sell army rations, so I was wondering about making my own because meal replacement drinks are damned expensive and just don't cut it.

The idea here is to spend as little as possible on complete nutrition in as small of a package as possible- no huge meals, just something like 100ml of stuff at a time. Taste doesn't factor in to this equation.

I have a doctor's appointment on Thursday and I plan to talk to her about this, but all you cheapskates out there might be interested in this so here I am.

What is the cheapest possible way to properly feed yourself?

I had jaw surgery last year and had my jaw wired shut, Iw as able to live off of those protein shakes and water until I could move my mouth again, those could work.

Lunchables guys? Seriously!? That's not cheap at all; a lot of the price there has to be packaging not to mention what's in it is really processed.

I was thinking more like getting a big ass bag of rice and mixing it with other things like leftover stuff that's actual food!

EDIT: Protein shakes also sound pretty legit too with some exercise. But really, if you're trying to have a healthy diet you should be exercising anyway.

First of all, doctors generally know jack shit about actual nutrition. Are there specific things that are difficult to digest or just everything? And have you always had this problem or is it diet related?

Lunchables tasted great, but christ were they bad for you.
