Yamaha sg2000 acting strange!

Hi, so i īve got this Yamaha sg2000 which is awsome but today it seemd to lack volume and ive allways had to use a gate to keep feedback away but now i can turn the gate of and have no noise what so ever.

Im not compaining about the noise thing, but what might have happend ??

Input Jack issues on guitars are common. are you sure it isn't the amp?

i'm going to guess dust on the contacts of the output jack.
