Is this a good deal?

saw this on craigslist, texted the guy, he wants $850 for it, I'm wondering if that is a good deal for it, I haven't been able to find anything about it other than that not many were made.

Seems like it to me if it's as rare as he's claiming. I've never heard of a Fender built Music Man but that doesn't mean anything
