Which speaker would you guys recommend first? There are a few used v30s in my area but if a veteran sounds better than that would be around the same price. What do you guys think of the wgs reaper hp?

Mixing Veteran 30s and Reaper HPs will bring the BROOTZ. That's what I'm gonna do eventually in my cab. It might be too much of a modern sound for what you're going for though.
Just Reaper HPs may work well for you.
