I didn't ask you.

@K'Nuckles:
I actually don't mind it. Before I followed Kosher, I used to always get an upset stomach anyway every time I ate (for example) a meat lovers pizza. It's more healthy for you to not mix meat and cheese as well. Less fat, for one.

There's about a 1 percent chance I'll make the omlette successfully. When I do get it right, I put in green and red peppers, mozzarella, pork roll, onion, and bacon.

I mix meat and dairy all the time. Just cuz you have issues with it, doesn't mean that everybody has issues digesting that.

I love em. But my problem is, when I make them, I **** up the flip and end up eating scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.

You don't have to flip an omelette. Unless you cook them Denver style or whatever.

In my omelettes, i use an awesome blend of following:

Mozzarella cheese
Spanish onion
Shallots
Tomato
Mushrooms

Bacon on the side with some awesome buttered toast for extra improvement. I'd love to try include potato as well.

I slide half of it on the plate and then fold it with the pan.

I ain't saying they do. Really, it's a personal thing. If other's want to mix meat & cheese, cool. I ain't saying everyone should follow Jewish kosher laws; I'm just saying I do.

I fold them while they cook, so they end up like eggy pockets of flavor. It is trickier than just folding it when it is done cooking but it makes it taste better in my opinion. Looks cool too.

I need to make some omelettes soon.

You're messianic right? I know a messianic and he takes the whole health approach to kosher as well.

I tried to make my first omelette this morning with mushrooms and bacon.
I ended up with scrambled eggs with mushrooms and bacon.

I am. Although, it's not like I was taught to take a whole health approach to kosher. It's just something I've logically done since I started keeping kosher. (I didn't really keep kosher laws until 5 years ago.) It's just part of how I think, I guess.

Try letting the eggs cook for several minutes, then add your mushrooms and bacon, and then (after the mushrooms and bacon have cooked for a few minutes) fold your eggs in half and make sure all the other stuff is inside the eggs.

By the way, the more eggs you have, the longer you need to let the eggs cook. Also, don't cook an omelette on high; you'll just end up with burnt eggs.

I did leave it on the pan for a while and the underside turned light brown. It may have been because I used three eggs. I should try two next time and lower the temperature.
