Baritone

Hey Guys, just started singing lessons.

Turns out i'm a baritone.

Only know that means i've got a deep voice, so.. i need some songs to learn by bands who have baritone singers.

Any song/band suggestions?

Thanks.

scott stapp from Creed has a deep voice, although he is the worst human being on the planet. Try some Creed stuff.

Hit this once or twice, and you'll be twice as nice.

Matt Bellamy of Muse....lol...but seriously...i've got a pretty low voice too, and sometimes i take some pretty high stuff down the octave....and if you also try to sing high stuff, no matter how bad it sounds, your range will increase...i've gained about half an octave or more in about a year...

I'm a bass/baritone and sing The Doors a lot, though some of it is a bit too high but that is because I'm not a good enough singer to reach the higher notes. It can be frustrating sometimes with a deeper voice because most popular music has very high vocals. Try Frank Sinatra too. If you're more of a bass like me, you can also try This Lullaby by Queens of the Stone Age, though it's way down there.
