Even though I had a "girlfriend" before I left elementary school, it wasn't until I was about 16 that I had straight up asked a girl out. We have always and even still do like eachother obviously even though I rarely see her anymore. But she was just way too damn immature and turns out she must have had an on and off opinion about me, cause she said "I'll think about it".

......


Now, I was stubborn and kept on doing what I was doing for the rest of the school year.. We "saw" eachother that entire time but nothing happened. I knew what I wanted, she kind of knew what I wanted but was too immature to want it entirely or act on it. And I didn't pay attention to how I should have gone about it, cause it was wrong. I should have just walked away after she said that, even though I like her.. it was a waste of time.

Ironically, this was in junior year and a bit before I graduated the next year, it's like she suddenly realised what I really wanted and how good I tried to be to her. And we didn't even talk at that point. I could just tell, suddenly I saw her looking at me in the halls all the time.. some times staring when she didn't before. And I start hearing rumors of "how sweet I am" even though, again.. we hadn't talked in quite a while at that point.

Yeah that should do it, this story is quite cool(/a novel) enough now.
