Worst name brand guitar would probably be an ibanez rg series. the hardware was complete crap. Worst sounding guitar would probably be an epiphone aj100 acoustic...you'd make a nicer sound putting a cat and 3 cowbells inside an oversized blender.

I had a Squire Strat, the strings would get out of tune during whenever I was halfway through a song. The song was worse, it barely had any sustain, and the tone was weak very one-dimensional. I just ended selling it to some guy who was just starting out playing guitar.

Squier Bullet. It sucked ass. In fact, I used it for a fun little experiment where I tuned it to something like D-D(8va)-A-A(8va)-D(8va)-D(8va). It was fun as hell.

A cheap Harmony acoustic that I got from a flea market. It was my first guitar, and didn't know any better. It had a split in the neck joint. Wouldn't hold tune, though it actually sounded alright IIRC. I ended up giving it away.

I had a BC Rich Bronze Series Warlock which was terrible. It was neck heavy, chipped very easily, played horribly and uncomfortable as hell to sit down with. My first guitar a Gould strat copy with a yellow pickguard was better. Fortunately I trade it in for a PRS SE Singlecut.

A squier SE strat... the wiring inside was such a mess with burn marks everywhere and some wires even being slightly melted, I'm currently turning it into a guitar explicitly for slide with just a JB jr in the neck.

I have owned 12 guitars since I started 6 years ago. Except for a starter (a $100 "Eastone") that sounds like it is made of cardboard and plays even worse, none have been "bad". Except for that, a good Epiphone Les Paul Standard (which I sold) and a great Yamaha acoustic - all have been high-end.

A B.C.Rich (looks like 90's) Bronze Warlock. Worst 120 dollars I've ever spent and now I am trying to sell it.
