Question Need help to get a synth sound

Hey!

I'd love to get a sound that comes close to the one at 1:28 in Les Enfants du Paradis by World's End Girlfriend (the one that pans right/center/left).

But I don't know where to start since I don't have much experience with synths, I hope someone can help me

It sounds like it's a keyboard, which you won't get with a guitar without a dedicated pedal of some kind. The closest I've come to anything synthy is a big muff and a chorus pedal.

Sounds like it's something bit-crushed and then mixed with some other synth sound.

Can I be able to get something similar with a substractive synth like Oatmeal?
