Epi Les Paul electronics problems

Hey guys, I've just picked up my epiphone les paul for the first time in a while to test it out as i was planning to sell it. I've noticed a couple of problems.

First of all the neck pickup's volume is about half of that of the bridge pickups. (It was doing this the last time i played it, but not as bad).

The second problem is that the neck pickup wont be completely off unless both the neck and bridge volume are off. Having the neck off by itself will lower the volume/gain, but not mute it. (Think lowering the volume to achieve a cleaner tone). Still perfectly hearable.

The bridge pickup will mute if only the bridge volume is turned off.

I'm handy with a soldering iron aswell.

Thanks for any help.
