Restoration project?!

Hi all, I have a Kramer Focus 111S . I have tampered around with it, drilled holes, extremely badly scalloped the fretboard and it has scratches all over. Would it be worth it to restore it by re-painting and filling holes in the body, custom cutting a pickguard so that it fits, putting in another Pickup and getting new machine heads and possibly a new nut?
Also, what shall I do about the scalloped frets?
Cheers in advance

what do you mean by badly scalloped fretboard??? you can't "un" scallop obviously so either try and tidy up the work or 1) get a new neck or 2) remove the scallop fretboard and replace (which is what I would do...)
