Cheap 24 fret bass?

Not even gonna touch B.C. Rich

Doesn't matter the company I'm just curious for future endeavours which is the best:cheapest ratioed 24 fret bass (if that makes sense) :/

We really need a budget to give you any worthwhile recommendations. That said, the general recommendations here are the Squier Vintage Modified/Classic Vibe, the Yamaha RBX170/RBX270/RBX374/RBX375, and the Ibanez SR300. Not entirely sure of the fret numbers on the Squiers but I'm sure there's 24 fret ones there, the Yamahas and the Ibanez all have 24 frets.

But yeah, we need a more specific figure.

Look for used, or

One of the cheapest and worst is the Rogue SX100B.

Maybe you don't want to know about the bad, but
cheap usually gets you bad, if you don't know what
you are doing.

I think your best bet would be an Ibanez SR370. Solid bass for $400. My main bass is a SR305 from 1998 which has only recently began to wear out on me. You could probably save a few bucks and get the SR300 which is nearly the same bass for $50 less.

+1000 to the Yamahas. I have a RBX260(270 without the Jazz pickup) and I *love* it. Got it used at Long And McQuade for $125 Canadian, no less. If you can get an RBX I'd check those out. Can't really go wrong with Ibanez either.

Ibanez SR's and Yamaha RBX's are a solid bet. Alternatively if you look used Traben Arrays are good bang for your buck, 24 fret basses if you can get over the bridge.

Fernandes Atlas 4x, I don't have it yet (sadly they're rare as hell in Italy) but I tried it and I was blown away, they're way way better than any Yamaha RBX or Ibanez SR.
