Would be cool if it worked for some of you. I used to be kinda fat, well 35lbs over. It was all due to lifestyle, working at a computer, eating fast food for lunch and dinner, watching a movie with chips or ice cream. What did I expect I guess. Now I'm probably a few lbs underweight but in way better shape and so much happier. I could never imagine being more than 50lbs over, that would suck. Life is worth way more, how you feel, how people see you, how long you live, how successful you are is ALL hindered by being substantially overweight. Good luck to all of ya!

I've been going to the gym a few times a week this term, but I haven't really had the results I'll like, so I think I'll try the NHS thing. Sign me up!

I got Madden 13 for xmas, so this isn't going to happen. Once I break my Ps3 out of frustration though, this may happen.

Do what I do. After every touch down scored, do fifty push ups/sit ups.

Or after every game I lose that I should have won, which is like every game I lose. It'd probably prevent some broken controllers, actually.

I'm skinny as **** but I want to start doing regular exercise because:

(a) it makes me feel better physically and mentally
(b) it helps me get a good sleep
(c) it can be fun
(d) I like the feeling of being all sweaty

Is there any online guides to total body exercise that isn't geared to building muscle (I don't want that)? Like, just to get fit?

I'm in. I started yesterday on my own, in fact. So I might as well.

Definitely doing the push-up thing... I can manage 35 in one go, which puts me at level 4. Hah! Not bad I guess... considering my average this time last year was probably 5, if that.

Basically because they're finite. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, it's more about a lifestyle change than following a program for 30 days. The programs may serve as a stepping stone for lifestyle change, but often people get excited to finish it and don't continue.
