I haven't been here in a while lol. Here's what I've been up to:
Been playing a lot of football.
Doing a lot more walking. (still not running much)
eliminated all sugary drinks 100%.
The only thing I'll drink is water or black coffee without sugar.
started drinking kale shakes for breakfast, every day since last week (they make me feel ****ing great. And it does wonders for the bowels lol).
Been benching and curling a lot.
Stopped eating garbage throughout the day.
I think I might have lost about 15 lbs since I started mid-January. I wish my scale wasn't a piece of shit lol.

I walked 100 miles in the first two months of the year, and I'm shooting for 150 miles in March and April. I'm already at 77.2 miles, so I'm a bit ahead of schedule if I keep on track.

I've worked out 6 days a week for 12 weeks without fail! I'm actually pretty proud of myself. Can't believe I've made it more than a week or two.

In terms of actual progress, as in how much more fit I've become or however you want to put it, I'm only making baby steps, but that's okay. This is a lifetime commitment more than a tangible goal.

If I keep building myself up, doing better and better little by little, I think it'll all fall into place eventually.

I just got back home and my mom told me to stop going to the gym because she doesn't like the fact that I'm bigger.
This is good since I'm obviously making progress, but I'd like some more enthusiasm from my family.

Came back from a 5k run. Tomorrow I have 10k to run as part of a marathon, feeling pretty good about it. I am forcing myself to actually enjoy running, as I've always hated it. Hopefully this will make me enjoy it more

6 months ago I hated running but after forcing myself to wake up at 6 every day for a 4k I feel a bit unsatisfied if I haven't had my run

I really need to get back into this. About a month ago I fell over and smacked my arm, and ever since it hurts if I put a fair amount of weight on it. Pretty sure I have a very small fracture, but there's no point going to a doctor for it really.

I think I'll start working out in my room now just doing crunches, press-ups and stuff like that. I also have a kettlebell so I'll make use of that.

And I'll try get out on my bike more weather depending.

Nonononono please go to the doctor if you are able to. I've had the same in both my legs for a while but ignored it for nearly a year because I thought it was muscle pain or something (lol nope shin splints) and because I waited so long, it's messed up my posture/other parts of my legs. I hope yours isn't as serious but if it is and you don't do anything about it, it could get serious and then you won't be able to work out at all :/
