This is a bit off-topic, but this sounds a lot like Jew hate. All of my life I have never understood why the Holocaust happened. From what I have gathered over time, it sounds to me like people got jealous of Jews making more money than them and decided to level the playing field like a bunch of children. Can't think of a better reason than that, but honestly I haven't really researched it that much.

Lots of this comes from watching Family Guy; that's all I've got...

There are a lot of very stupid people who have been taught by their stupid parents to hate gays.

I myself hate it when any "minority" gets offended by every little thing then calls people "racist" or "homophobe" (<--- they can't even say it right), but I don't hate the "minority" itself. I am not alone and stupid people should listen to us.

From what I remember, that type of stuff was prevalent in the punk community too, until some groups took a stand and literally fought the homophobes and racists out of the venues.

Heavy Metal subculture isn't a homogenous subculture. For that matter neither is the subculture surrounding rap and hip hop, which makes these arguments even less productive of anything interesting and more redundant than they were in the first place.
