practice Amp
I wanna buy a practice Amp, I am new to electric guitar so wanna buy a Amp within 100 $ to 120$, I narrowed down to 2 amps Laney Linebacker LR 20 or Orange crush CR20 L . please suggest any one or other Amp in this price range is appreciated.

Where in the world are you located? That makes a big difference to what's available and how much stuff costs.

Can you get a Peavey Vypyr 30, or a Vox VT+?

Really speaking both Peavey vyphr and vox are costly because dealer here have set the price up, vyphr 30 is twice the cost of the above mentioned Amps

I don't know anything about the Laney, but I really doubt it's worse than the Orange Crush. The Crush is possibly the worst practice amp I've encountered, possibly worse than the Spider.
Can you get a Fender Mustang?

I can get Fender mustang 1 but its too blues kind of Amp or may be wait for few months and gather money to buy a better Amp, but Somebody wrote Review in Ultimate guitar about laney linebacker lr 20 and he gave it a good review, there is not much info about laney lr 20 in internet too

Are there any Blackstar dealers over there? You could try a HT-1.
If you're willing to flex your budget a little bit, try a HT-5

Roland Cubes are great, you wont get much for your budget however.
