Hello fellow monkeys.

I need help with my phone, I have recently rooted it and am looking for a list on "bloatware" that´s safe to remove.
It´s a Sony Xperia Tipo (single).
Tried asking on xda but it´s just a maze of old posts.
Anyone?

That's a bad way to go about debloating a phone. You should look into flashing a clean stock ROM, or even a custom ROM.

I´m not really sure how to do that, plus all the links posted there seem to be old and don´t work. The site is just full of posts saying "doesn´t work".

Or were you referring to the buy it dinner comment?

I personally use Modaco - really helpful on there I've found.
To get rid of bloatware, you generally can't just delete stuff. Doesn't have the option. It's built into the ROM. However, basically all bloatware is safe to remove, if you can find a way.

Honestly though, see if you can (on Modaco, or elsewhere) find a clean ROM - either stock or custom. (Custom can give you nice features, but then it's what someone else likes for a phone)
The easiest one to use is a TPT image, because you just plunk it on the SD card, boot up into recovery and it does all the work. You don't have to do any crazy or long lists of stuff.

Also, before you try to install stuff, BACKUP! I use Titanium (yeah, it doesn't work for everyone I've heard, but on my ZTE Blade it does...). Then use something like CWM (ClockWorkMod) - it's a recovery boot thing; you can do a whole phone backup (takes up to 10 minutes depending on how much you have on there) and keep that safe in case anything happens whilst flashing a new ROM.

It just goes around in circles when you search on that site, too many posts, anyway I´ve rooted it and removed facebook and other useless shite like that, I just wanted to check if anyone knew the full list for tipo.
