Fiesta red is exclusive to special runs or the Custom shop these days. It used to be the go-to red before CBS and the introduction of Candy Apple. There are nor standard current models that have that color. Hence why you will only find it on very expensive guitars. Sorry bud!

Here's the best I can do ya:

Squier does a couple in Fiesta Red too.

So you're either going for the top of the top or the bottom of the bottom for that color.

I can do better for you than Rooster can.Go****yourselfjake.

Its not quite the same, and its not quite cheap, but you might check out one of the G&L ASATs in Fullerton Red.

If you're going to get a special with a standard finish, you KNOW it's all about that Metallic Emerald Green. http://www.glguitars.com/instrument...en-metallic.asp

Ever since someone posted a "Which Guitar" thread that included a Fret-King in metallic orange, I've been obsessing about that color.

And G&L has their own version:

http://www.glguitars.com/instrument...ne-metallic.asp

I can't precisely explain why it resonates with me, but it does. Part of it is that I've been looking at getting an Orange amp, and an axe in that kind of color in front of it would just kill. But my usual color palette runs to blues & purples, and most of my guitars are more natural tones- either clear coated woods or things like tobacco bursts. I have one green, one honeyburst, one blueburst.

And that metallic orange is in mah haid!

My old guitar teacher just got a Custom Shop Telecaster in Sherwood green with a one-piece maple neck and it's gorgeous. Unfortunately he's a lefty so I can only look at it.

If I were going to get a G&L ASAT, I'd probably opt for a Z-3...

Unless I could afford one of their Johnny Garcia prototypes:

My earlier post from the G&L thread. Hardware, electronics, and build quality.

That said, I definitely feel that my ASAT Special is one of the best Tele-style guitars I've ever played. I got a gem, though, mine is not the average you get with a G&L tribute.

The MFD pickups, however, are straight up awesome. I definitely like them better than just about all the Fender factory tele pickups. Another thing with the Tribute series is that the Electronics are all the same as their USA counterparts. The only difference, really, is in the quality of the wood, since the Indonesian factory still hand-sands and uses the PLEK machine. I've played more than a handful of G&L's and can't remember finding a dead fret.

...oh who am I kidding here, trying to sound fair and objective. Yes, G&L is better. In my opinion, a lot better.
