so i got this job at mcdonalds...
and i have to cut my hair. im not allowed to wear a hair net, and i am not allowed to pull it back and stuff it behind the hat, it has to be in a bun or cut... but it is too short to bun so i have to cut it
 what should i do with my hair? note that i usually part it way out of my face, its like that to show length of the bangs...

All the places I ever worked back when I had long hair never had a problem with it. If there are girls there who wear a hair net, then they aren't allowed to discriminate against you & say you can't do it.
If there are girls there, I'd say you're within your rights to question their ruling, but I also wouldn't recommend pissing them off too much - having a job is probably more important than having hair!

Don't be ridiculous. You don't have to cut your hair for McDonalds, of all places. If you're set on this job (which you really shouldn't be) just get a bloody hairband.
