Some of your changes were out of tune.
Specifically when you played the Low D chord (open E fingering) Cause this tune is in Drop D tuning. And when you played the open G Chord (A chord Fingering) I don't think judging from the fact the rest of the song is in tune it's a technical/finger problem, You might wanna check your guitar's intonation.
