MinterMan22 #lumbob Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Toronto, Canada.	edit: so there's a lot of good stuff in this thread. i thought that i'd add a bit (a lot) more seeing as how it's late as ** and i'm wide awake and bored. spoiler tags are pretty cool, aren't they? load of music this song has been my sorta favourite since i saw them back in september/october/whenever. definitely check them out if you don't know of them but they're probably one of the bigger punk bands around these days the menzingers are really really good. like really good. don't know why a 2 minute song churned out an 8 minute video but whatever. their newer stuff is more chill but it's still amazing here's some love songs for the ***ed (not just the queers in this case) some bands that now wouldn't be called pop-punk started off sounding very pop-punky before finding their niche. very good shit came as a result i'd post more but my brain is blaow right now and if you're cool like me and daytripper and enjoy watching grown men on skates shoot a rubber disk at a michelin man with stick amidst a shitload of chaos, you might like this now here's a bunch of shit that doesn't need explaining. a lot of stuff. also, the dude who said the soundtrack to burnout 3. listen to him. soo good. also, there's stuff i wanted to post but couldn't find a video for. here's one song that i really wanted to post but youtube failed me http://luther.bandcamp.com/track/aztec-tomb-2 and then there's spy diddley by the loved ones. such a perfect song that can't be found anywhere on the internet it seems. do yourself a favour and find a way to listen to that track. that's it for now. Then my computer crashed so I downloaded Domesplitter because it had mostly the same songs but I did not dig it at all, and I couldn't find the versions I had before. __________________ I'm an asshole.

nah. they're all real good but the only one ii'd consider best of their respective decade is prob milo cause i dont listen to much 80s music anyway.

dont get me wrong, theyre all good. i just wouldnt label them as THE best like you did. especially jawbreaker and joyce manor

And Jawbreaker was a seminal band for the burgeoning '90s scene. joyce manor is great. i just think that in this decade so far, let's get you somewhere else and on the impossible past beat it out.

and i'm not trying to take anything away from jawbreaker. there's no denying that they were important as ****. my problem with labelling that one the absolute best of the 90's like he did was that there was so much good stuff that i don't like putting one above the rest in this case. i'd probably say the same about all of them to be honest but that wouldn't be necessary at all and would be counterproductive so i'll quit here.. and yeah. of course i should know that this is just to get the guy into pop-punk and not giving the guy somewhere to start defeats the purpose.
