Need a new guitar!!!!!!

Alright so here it is, I have been playing for about 2 years now, electrics for a year and a half. I currently have an entry level Jackson. I play a wide variety of alternative and punk. I mainly play thing similar to bands like; Circa Survive, Saosin, Brand New, Emery, Sunny Day Real Estate, Jimmy Eat World, Alesana and Senses Fail. I'm currently looking into; Fender Jaguar or Jazz Master, Fender Tele, Fender Strat, Gibson Les Paul Standard, a Gibson SG and a Schecter Omen 2.

I play through a Egnater Tweaker 40, I us a Boss DS-1(the only pedal I have at the moment)

So do you think? Any other suggestions that I didn't list are cool too and maybe tell me what kind of pedals I should invest in

All these guitars work for these styles. Try them out and see what you prefer?

All the guitars you mentioned are good, the tele has a clean tone, so it has good variety, a strat has a tone more suited towards light rock and blues, the SG is a nice rock guitar but its gona cost like $2000. I personally got a Ibanez RG 350dx, which is good for rock a metal, along with a rp90 pedal So its really up to what kind of music you play and how much your willing to pay.

A Tele Deluxe maybe? As has been asked already, what is your budget? LPs would be great too, or maybe a Gibson DC as a different suggestion.

for that i would go for a P90 SG. may sound odd, but i really like the one i played. kind of unique compared to a lot of other guitar. i love SG's i have one with a one piece body and 11/400 made which is amazing. i also have two les pauls.

as stated really anything could work for that (at least as far as i know of your genre).

i like 'nashville' teles, they have a strat single coil in the middle position (you still have the stock two) but its pretty flexible and you get pretty good strat tones and full natural tele tones. when i get a tele (which isn't high on my priority list) i would only get a nashville or i would add a third pickup on the one i get because they are typically routed out there.

Squier telecaster classic vibe! It's a good guitar at a low price Personally I would buy a squier custom classic vibe...
You can play anything with a tele

I'm looking to spend under a grand and I'm in kentucky. The only shop around here is a small local and Guitar Center(which I hate) so I'll probably be ordering it off guitar center unless me guy at the shop can order it(which I kinda doubt)

There really aren't any around here sadly. The guy that owns the shop intown just opened a few years ago so he doesn't carry to many big brand guitars. As far as amps and pedals go he has the best and he's working on a deal with Fender but he doesn't have the money right now

I listen to/play quite a few of those groups. I found the best guitars for that style to be my MIJ Jaguar Special HH (with a P90 in the neck), or my MIM Blackout Telecaster. I'd also grab a delay, reverb, and Tube Screamer pedal, but that Egnater will serve you well.

In the pedal front, consider these decent quality, moderately priced pedals:

Echo/Delay
Line 6 Echo Park, MXR carbon Copy

Reverb
Line6 Verbzilla

A place near me is a Reverend dealer, but they don't have that one in stock. However, comparing their prices to the list...

Their price for the Rick Vito sig is $300 less than list; @$200 less for the Reeves Gabrels and the Flatroc 15 Anniversary edition.

IOW, you could probably get that Eastsider for under $1000, street.
