Need help with Farrewell Ballad

Hello.

I've been learning Farewell Ballad by Zakk Wylde for about 3 days. I can play the first slow parts, but I have problems with the fast licks. I know I have to practice them slowly and accurately, but I also know, that I have to practice them with a metronome. I try to do that, but I don't know if the notes are 16th or 32nd.

I'm learning from this guy:

I think this is the first fast lick I'm learning. I have electric guitar for about 2 weeks - I've been on acoustic for 2 years. I can pick pretty fast, but I'm not into shredding that much.

So, how should I practice the licks?

Not much else to say other than good luck, this song is tough.
