How do I reduce latency with the octaver and pitch shifter settings?

I have an rp7 and this annoys the hell out of me too. but i doubt its possible to do this. Theres alot of digital signal processing going on with the pitch modulation effects and thats just the nature of the circuitry. even if it was possible it wont be practical.

I ask because yes its annoying but I play in a stoner/doom metal band so we play slow anyway
