Muscle definition like that requires sub 10% bf, even if you're built like a house.

Example, Adrian Peterson is built like a mother fucker and has 3% bf.

That first picture though does demonstrate what I mean when I say I like slim girls but ones that are slim through healthy eating and exercise and not starving yourself into a skeleton

I'm not interested in either fat, chubby, or "curvy" girls or skinny, skinny-fat, skinny-with-huge-tits, rail-thin, etc.

However, an athletic, strong (NOT ripped or muscle bound, mind you), toned woman is the sexiest type by far.

Cellulite is gross. Rolls are gross. Exposed ribs are gross. Thighs that have a three inch gap between them when a woman stands with her feet together are horrendous.

Honestly I've seen very few women in person who were too muscular for my taste. I mean, some chicks who lift a lot of weights just have masculine mannerisms, which isn't attractive, but they have great bodies.

Squats are the best thing any woman can do for her body.

Oh absolutely. Like that chick in the first picture from that percentage chart, way too much muscle tone.

However, that chick with a little bit of a fat layer over that would be gorgeous.

Women naturally have a harder time breaking down fat and building muscle. Many women worry about working out too much because they don't want to get ripped like that, but it's way harder for them to get to that point than men (besides it's not a cake walk for men anyway). Most women can work out pretty rigorously and not even be close to being muscle-bound.
