floyd rose discovery
i have a discovery series guitar made by floyd rose, it doesnt have the floating bridge just the set one so it doesnt have a tremolo bar at all, I am wanting to get new strings but have to order them online because they are the speedloader strings. there are 24 3/4 scale or 25 1/2 scale length strings and i dont want to buy the wrong ones or else i will have to send them back and wait for the right ones to get there again. For some reason i cant find my guitar online i tried googling it just the ones with the floating bridge shows up. thanks guys

Buy measuring tape. Measure from nut to bridge.

The scale length is the distance from the nut to where the strings touch the bridge.
The strings themselves would be longer than that, and give you a wrong measurement.

i found an easier way, its the same measurement, but easier to measure and read, measure from where the nut meets the first fret, to the center of the 12th fret and multiply that number by 2. thanks guys
