Does anybody knows this guitar ?
Hello,
Can somebody gives me more information about this guitar. I got it 2 years ago from my grandfather. He deals in antique. It plays almost perfect even if i compared it with guitars from around 1000 euro ( i am from the netherlands). There's also a big spider on the guitar. the inlays are all pearl and ivory. pn the stamp inside you can read Euterpe. I hope that you guys and girls give mer some more information ! Wim from the Netherlands Here are the pictures: img1-http://imageshack.us/a/img547/1010/20130115114520.jpg img2-http://imageshack.us/a/img339/1148/20130115114458.jpg img3-http://imageshack.us/a/img839/4116/20130115114450.jpg img4-http://imageshack.us/a/img138/1892/20130115114439.jpg Last edited by wimkaay : 01-15-2013 at 07:20 AM. |

I found this auction for a much less flashy Euterpe guitar:

this guitar is a Euterpe. it's a brand of Sicily (like me) ... now the laboratory no longer exists. The luthier was Carmelo Consoli ... in antiquity in Italy we had a lot of lutherie labs, now all closed ... you are very lucky to have one! On line is very hard to find news about these old companies....
(I hope you can understand my bad english)
