what technique is he using?
Hi guys, i just saw the awsesome jam and i wonder what the technique he's using at the solo is called, what should i look after if i wanna get a deeper understanding in "Chord soloing"? Hope you understand my bad language and what im looking for. Thanks!

Looks to me like he's just sliding octaves. You play the root on the E string and the octave on the D (though this can also be done on the A and G, etc). The hardest part is muting the rest of the strings, but once you practice your hand position enough to be able to do so, you'll be able to strum the whole guitar while only playing two notes, giving you the effect he's getting.
As for what the actual notes he's playing are, sounds to me like he's just running through the minor pentatonic scale. Hope that helps, though I'm sure someone else here will be able to explain it more clearly! |

Never heard f them before. Iam from Sweden so now ill try to see them live as soon as possbile!Edit: Oops saw that hes from Norway now. Thought they were swedish since they spoke swedish in one video. Edit #2: No, he is from Sweden.. some other dude was from Norway with the same name.
