Help With Songwriting
I've written 2 songs, and I don't have a band yet and I don't know how to use Ableton on anything so I used backing tracks from Van Halen's "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" and Velvet Revolver's "Slither", can I play those with my band that I'm currently organising? Is it legal, only the drums and sometimes the bass are the same, guitar and lyrics are different.

you can play it in a band no problem but if you recorded the songs using a sample of the backing tracks then you would have to credit them.
