Seems like a good deal. If you could find one used, you could get it for even cheaper. I mean, then you could spend a bit more money on your amp (that you must buy used). For $100 only it's hard to find a loud enough amp. But for $150 it's much easier to find a decent amp.
Squier VM series have a good reputation here, they are cheap and sound good. I had a Squier VM Precision (it was really my friend's) and I liked it.
