take a look at this
is it just me or can you see the warp of the black holes gravity making a sphere of disorientation by looking at the stars a little ways from around it? nasa just this picture

I have no idea what you're asking, but consider that the stars in the picture are much closer to us than the galaxy by billions of miles, so the answer is probably no.

Some say that real stars can be up to twice as big as that picture. I'm yet to see proof.

I looked over the whole picture and don't see anything unusual. I think you linked the wrong picture.
This is the one from the website, and it makes more sense to me: Even more huge than the OP picture
