Recording audio and visual at sane time ??

I have GarageBand but am clueless to. Other programmes I'd like to record my cover song and also make a video but don't wanna have to sync them up n stuff seems very hard , is there a way or recording me playin my cover whilst also visually recording at same time ??

There are programs that will do that, but you need to have a camera that can record whilst plugged into a computer, which not many have the ability to do.

if you have garageband then you have other stock software from mac.

what i do is use an audio interface to record the audio through garageband (or logic) and use a camera (i use a canon) to record the video. then i'll mix down the audio in garageband and use imovie to sync up the audio and video. you can also use garageband to sync the audio and video and export as podcast, but imovie is a bit more flexible and exports in more formats.

and it's not exactly easy, especially if you wanna make a real music video. making it seem natural is called 'production' and most people don't have clue how hard it is til they try it.

good luck, expect to fail a bunch before you succeed. the rewards for a well produced video is well worth it though (even though almost no one will know how hard you worked on it).
