What am I describing: when I was a young lad at night I'd get these breakdowns of extreme fear and everything would zoom out and I'd feel like I was being crushed and I'd hear ticking clocks and numbers like 365 ring thru my head. Wtf mates?

Sounds like Flight of Ideas, but there wasn't any speech involved. It probably has or had something to do with your nervous system, hard to say, I'm no specialist in the mind, but no one is wired the same.

I can't relate to that exactly, but I do remember the first time I got a contact high while staying the night at a friend's house, I was six or seven at the time, crazy stuff. You didn't happen to have family members that were fogging out the house, did you? Certain trees will make you heavily paranoid.

I had one of these too when I was seven. My mom and her friends were partying in the kitchen on christmas eve and my bedroom was right there. I hallucinated a spider plant coming alive and jumping on my bed. It dissappeared after I put the covers over my head. I didn't figure out that it was probably because they were toking near me until I was in my twenties when someone suggested it, and it hit me that that must've been exactly what happened.

Your issue sounds more like anxiety, though. Anxiety can have serious physical and mental effects on the mind and body.

I was about 14 when i first got to stay by myself for a couple of days when my parents went out of town. I used to watch porn and masturbate all day and night and never leave the house.
