An Ibanez RG220B popped up on my local kijiji for $150, should I get it? It needs to be rewired, and is missing knobs, and has a Floyd Style Trem. Looks like an edge 2, and either Seymour Duncan or Duncan Designed pickups

I asked what exactly needs to be done, but the ad says their taking up space in his place, so I might be able to get it for a lot less.

What should I offer him as it sits?
