Elastic guitar strap - IS IT WORTH IT?
So I have always wanted to have elastic guitar strap (just so I could f*ck around with my axe like Buckethead), and my granny found some selling in Germany. There are ones selling for maybe 20-30€ but they are very poor quality, and there are the ones of 150€ which are (according to my granny, she's a modern kind of granny) better quality and won't stretch themselves so easily as the first ones would.
So I'm asking you, GGA, is it worth giving the money - for which I could easily buy some nice pedal or amp - on this awesome elastic strap? Thanks in advance. Cheers.

That seems like a huge waste to me.

Lol, Dimarzio makes like $20 straps that Buckethead uses. Why not buy that?
Levi's also makes one. Last edited by Kyleisthename : 01-20-2013 at 07:10 PM. |

I don't know why you'd want an elastic strap. Seems highly uncomfortable to me.

They're fun to play with, but the gimmick wears off quickly. |

do it. it will make your tone a little more bouncy and will add to the rectifier sag if you have a tube recitifier in your amp.

I have one for my Les Paul, very comfortable, seems to take some of the weight of the guitar.

In what way? I can't imagine it being comfortable that a guitar is "bouncing". =P
