Hi everyone ! Hi Guitarists !

I have liked playing folk guitar for several years ! Now, I would like to buy an electric guitar and I need advice before to do it ! What kind of guitar should be great for people who are not beginners ? I think it is better to try several guitar and listen its sound but if I can have some advice ... (please).
