If you combine the two threads this guy posted, I think he signed up for UG plus on a free trial, then got billed for three months of it, and now has adds again?

But he's also a new member, so he must have had a different account before or something. I dunno, this stuff is difficult to Translate, and they don't make a Rosetta Stone for newb.
