This doesn't mean they have to be in combat positions and this simply means that women who meet the standards can serve. I know small guys who made damn good soldiers that could be out done by some women. I really can't see the military lowering their standards.

And if men get distracted in combat by women, they should probably get over that. The soldiers I know have seen some shit that most of us couldn't take. I think it's a little demeaning to say that they'd be so distracted by a woman.

Equality goes out the window when it comes to national security. You. Use. The. Best. Options. Available. To. You.

That said, I don't really have a problem with women in the military, but their incorporation into the military is by no means a measure how advanced the military's overall capabilities are.
