High fashion

Looking at these fashion friends
Tryin' to make them fashion ends
Tryin' to touch that fashion paper
Like they was fashion pens
- Das Racist "Fashion Party"

Do you 'fuckz' with expensive clothes? Because I'm a well rounded person I was reading a fashion website and holy shit that industry is ******ed.

show

^Guess how much that costs. That's not rhetorical, I genuinely want to see what people think.

Anyway, do you like looking nice? What's the most expensive piece of clothing you own (not including sports stuff)? I like looking nice on occasion (I probably make an effort 3 or 4 times a week), and the most expensive thing I own are a few Brooks Bros. Rugby shirts (about a hundred $$$ a piece, though they were bought on sale).

About tree fiddy.

And the only time I dress nice is for work (have to wear a suit). Other than that its blue jeans and a V neck.

I'd guess that item of clothing costs over $500. To me, a lot of "fashion" just boils down to people paying ridiculous prices for exclusive brand names.

Does it cost $200?
The most expensive piece of clothing I own is maybe a $70 pair of jeans

i bet that thing costs too much. i've never seen a model wearing nice clothes on a catwalk. it's a crazy parody world. as for the most expensive item of clothing i own, a wool cardigan that cost £50. and i'm fine with that.

Given the context of the question, I'd guess that's $200.

I'd like to think I dress very nice and apart from shoes (those were probably like $40-45) my clothes probably don't cost more than $15 for jeans, maybe a little more for hoodies. Spending a shitload on clothes is generally pretty stupid I think.

i have a regatta outdoors jacket thingy from my father that cost a fortune, although i guess that should fit under your "no sports stuff" rule.

not much for fashion, i wear whatever i can find if it isn't dirty or worn out. as for when buying clothes i buy whatever fits well and feels comfy

I wear some clothes that look fashionable and expensive, but actually the most expensive item of clothing I own is a (really nice) coat that cost about £50.

The Pit collectively looks like shit so this isn't really the place to ask.

I'm not saying high fashion isn't silly. But you're going to get a lot of "I only wear inside out tshirts"

I rather enjoy dressing nice. Everyday, I wear a three-piece suite, and it isn't a businessman's suite, either. I dress in a dark Victorian style. I get quite a lot of compliments on it. The most expensive article of clothing that I own is a $700 coat. All of the clothing I wear is quite expensive (for a teenager) because it is not in any a costume. I always buy the highest quality of clothing in this style. Thankfully, the most famous designers don't make clothes in this style, so it isn't hideously overpriced.

I just ordered up a $210 pair of Red Wing 875s today. I've never spent anything over $40 before on clothes so I'm freaking out. Hopefully they will last me forever
