Bass has no signal
So randomly at practice I plugged my bass in and my tuner wasn't recognizing it. When I got home, I changed the battery, assuming that's the problem, but no dice. I looked in the back and the only thing that I saw fishy was a yellow cable labled as "out" on the board wasn't connected to anything. Now I don't what that cable's supposed to do nor where it goes nor do I even know if it was connected before the problem.
Can someone help me out? Is it just a simple soldering job? Any idea how much it will cost? Does this count as "warranty"?

Sounds like it's just a soldering job, but if your bass is under warranty then I'd get them to fix it, otherwise you'll actually ruin the warranty if you fix it yourself.

So should I just take it to a place for a cheap fix or would it be super easy for me to do?

Did that sucker pop off the Jack!?
I see Solder on one of the connection joints but NO Wire. If the Jack does not have 2, then that is it. I think I see the Black going out, but you need something else going out also.

I have no idea. As I said, completely random. Should I just take it to a place?

Well, it does not work, and you are no longer looking at fixing it yourself, so yes.

Does this wiring diagram help at all? Came from the Ibanez site. This is presuming that you're talking about the bass on your profile.

So, according to that diagram, all I have to do is solder it back onto the input? Aight.

It looks like it to me but I'm certainly not an expert.
