Romanza...metal? GP5
Tell me what you think of my metalish version of Romanza. C4C.
New version at the bottom now.

The idea seems cool, though the drums have to be fixed and the tempo should be little faster, more like the original.

Sounds good but all you've done is use guitars. If you were considering taking it further I'd suggest making an arrangement of it, a la canon rock. Never really considered it before but this would be a brilliant way to bust out some immense instrumental.

I could make an arrangement...that would definitely be cool. I'll try that. Get rid of the drum set for tympani or something. I'll upload again when I have something. Thanks for the idea.
And I kind of like playing it more slowly, but that's just me. You could speed it up if you preferred.

For me at least, it seemed that I was waiting for a crescendo that never happened, seemed like it was building up to... well nothing. The idea is strong but it needs more variation

How's this?
I added more instruments, but still not much variety as I'm having trouble making it fit well. I also added a sort of crescendo at the end. And increased the tempo. I'd definitely use it as a backing track for an electric guitar, but that's me.

I really liked this. Expanding upon it would be cool. There was some great resolution with the main melody towards the end.

It would be fun to go back to but I doubt I'll have time for a while.
