Need Advice : Which Pedal Should I Choose
I often play Grunge & Metal . And I'm Planning to buy a new pedal.
I have a plan of buying these pedal in the near future: Metal: BOSS ML-2 Metal Core or Boss MT-2 Metal Zone Grunge: DS-1 or DS-2 Amp: Roland Cube 80XL & Marshal MG50FX Thanks! |

I had a bos mt-2 for a while and hated it. I've tried the ml-2 and wasn't much impressed by it.
The ds-1 is an awesome little box. It's very basic, but it works well enough. It has enough gain to do the heavy stuff too.

Any pedal in your assumed budget is going to be worse than the models on your Cube.
If our budget is high enough to get a nice dirt pedal then you should get a better amp instead. If you don't mind saving up a bit I'd recommend selling both those amps and getting one decent one.
