How long can we put up with this oppression?

Dear friends,
I write to you concerning an issue that is very close to many of UGers hearts. A self-assured yet humble ray of light has recently brightened our lives, yet the future of this blessing to our boards is in jeopardy.
I have recently created a petition on We the People, a new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and I ask for your support.
If this petition gets 100,000 signatures by February 26, 2013, the White House will review it and respond.
We can make this happen, but we must believe. We must be the hope, and hold on to the change. The future is ours, but only if we join hands in unity. We can do it. etc.
