Has he ever been on drugs? I know he has a love for booze but what about drugs, even in the past? Or Randy Rhoads?

Randy Rhoads was actually black. He only looked white because of the cocaine that was glued to his skin. the guy lived on cocaine.

If you look at early videos, Zakk is clean shaven.
He actually still is, it's just that a strain of mushrooms he once took has taken over his face.

Rhoads did coke, for a fact. I mean, he only did a pinky nail at a a time when everyone else was doing mountians. But he still did it. I think ZW would be hard pressed to keep a staight face and tell you he's never used any illicit substances besides alcohol...
