Muting raw input?
So I was wondering if there was any way to mute the raw input monitoring while recording. For example, I want to hear what my distorted guitar sounds like, so I'll monitor that off reaper, but then I can still hear my raw input over on top of that.
I'm recording guitar via the latest version of reaper, through a Focusrite Saffire Pro 40. |

Make sure the monitor knob on the interface is all the way to the right.

I don't understand what you mean by that. Turn the monitor knob all the way up?

Saffire interfaces have a monitor control which blend input monitoring with output monitoring.
