Song Transitions
Recently picked up my acoustic and starting playing again. Basic stuff nothing fancy and still learning. I have a couple of songs that I can play one of my favorites is What I Got by Sublime. I am looking to learn some quick transition songs that I can play off that song using the same chords. Anyone have any insight or advice?

I always go from that song straight into Cat Stevens' Where Do the Children Play.
