Again, it's not their actions/not their decision to have sex. Nobody gets drunk thinking "shit I'm gonna get so smashed tonight, my sober friend will have sex with me cause I'm incapable of making proper decisions because of all the alcohol in my system". You seem like you don't want to place any of the blame on the person who CONSCIOUSLY makes the decision to have sex with someone who is not in the right mind.

I'm assuming this is about that skyler kid. Having sex with a drunk girl isn't right when you're sober, but I wouldn't class it on the same level as a legitimate rape. Consent is given, she just can't properly consent and is in a vulnerable state so you're pretty obviously taking advantage and doing a pretty scummy thing. There's a certain point of drunkenness where she can't legally give consent and it's rape, but I do not know how drunk this girl was. Either way Skyler's a douche who took advantage of someone to stick his dick in her.
