Girl From The Stars - Rough Cut

Its a rough cut, I just recorded everything in 15 minutes and had to use my cellphone headset mic as the microphone which turned out surprisingly well. I know the singing is not on point however I'm looking to see if you think it sounds like a good tune. Gonna add vocal harmonies to the repeat of the 2nd chorus, extend the ending for a solo, and probably have it fade into a phased reverse reverb guitar with short extended delay times. Lemme know what you think |

I think this is pretty sick actually, nice. There are some very cool ideas in this that stand out, some chord movements and melodies that are quite hooky and I actually really enjoyed this. Some cool triplet stuff! Would love to hear a decent recording of it when you polish it up - the vocals actually sounded pretty nice to me, suits the style of music, and with a nice microphone and a bit more work this could be something special. Nice start - good voice!
Obviously the quality of the recording is not at issue, as this is a rough out... Nice touch at 1:20... Would love to hear the lyrics, can't catch them all, again, I realize this is a rough out. Like the treatment of guitar at 2:00 to the finish. Nice song. Please post the final version! Listened to a couple of others on your page and like them. You have got some talent my friend...
