Pedalboard + amp static
Hi guys
I'm playing a large gig tonight and my guitarist is getting a lot of static through his amp. Really loud fairly low frequency static. He says he doesn't get any at home, but somehow he's getting it at this venue. He's just going into his pedalboad and then directly into his ac15. Both are running through same power outlet. Any ideas what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!

Does the amp have a grounding pin? Sounds like the venue has a dirty power source.
